Testing compliance check done

The Government announced that the compulsory testing exercises and enforcement operations for Block D of Loong King Mansion in Hung Hom and Tai Yuen House in Tsuen Wan finished today with no positive COVID-19 cases found.   It made restriction-testing declarations last night to cover Block D of Loong King Mansion and Tai Yuen House, where about 220 and 75 people were tested.   In the subsequent enforcement operations, about 70 people's test records were checked. Nobody was found to have not undergone testing.   Meanwhile, the lockdown operation at Ying Kwai House and Ha Kwai House, Kwai Chung Estate finished this morning.   As of January 28, 13,526 people had been tested and a total of 59 confirmed cases were found at Ying Kwai House while 9,660 people had been tested and a total of 16 confirmed cases were found at Ha Kwai House.   In the subsequent enforcement operation, 579 people's test records at Ha Kwai House were checked. Nobody was found to have not undergone testing.
